Cedar Oak Property Group Ltd is privately owned and managed by the owner Alan Simpson. Purchasing his first property over 40 years ago Alan has extensive knowledge of the industry throughout the years.

He clearly doesn't do the conversions alone and works with a hand picked team of experts such as planning consultants, accountants, architects, quantity surveyors etc who have the specialist knowledge, attention to detail and drive which sets our projects apart from others.
